Little Rock

We went on our annual trip to Little Rock this year.  It was nice to be able to visit with Brenda, Grandma, Erin & Corey and got to see the beautiful Genevieve.  Michael was of course missed, but it was nice to be able to talk about him and read all the lovely cards people sent.

We went to an indoor pizza & game place on Saturday where we played arcade type games & all (except Genevieve) raced the Go Karts.  It was hilarious to watch Genevieve belly laugh while watching Lana hit mice on their head with a mallet & knock them into their holes.  The girls got lots of tickets that they traded in for "treasures".

Grandma treated us all to BBQ on Friday night & Corey cooked up some yummy burgers "a la Michael" on Saturday night.  Brenda spoiled us with eggs, sausage, toast, coffee and fruit for breakfast both mornings and was a wonderful hostess.  She gave the girls a "My Little Pony" toy set & that was the hit of the trip & has been cherished at home as well.  It's really the little things that make a visit fun, and we enjoyed all of the little things on this trip.
