Halloween!

We had quite a few ways to celebrate Halloween this year.  We trick-or-treated at Kevin's work the Thursday before Halloween but didn't get any photos.

Janae in her parade at school (of course it was the same day as Lana's school party/parade & I had to do some fancy shuffling to make it to both - also relied on my neighbor to get Janae to school that morning - VERY greatful for helpful neighbors!)

Janae's preschool class - her main teacher, Ms. Melissa is Snow White.  Ms. Becky (her music teacher & teacher aid is a pumpkin).

My girls - ready to trick-or-treat!  We started out at a retirement center where we trunk-or-treated (trick-or-treated out of the trunks of cars that were decorated) - it was pretty fun to see all the decorated cars & the older folks who handed out the candy really seemed to appreciate the kids too.

Lana, Janae, Maya & Nolan - we trick-or-treated around the retirement center's parking lot together & then later went around our neighborhood where we met up with a large crowd from our neighborhood - it was a little insane but the kids got plenty of candy & had lots of fun.

Maya & Nolan weren't shy about asking for candy!  Nolan even ran & kept up with Janae as she went from door to door.  Maya preferred to be carried from driveway to driveway.
