Lana with her new backpack standing outside of the church/ preschool door. In her hands is a ziploc baggie she decorated with stickers (inside & out) and she decided that she'd give it to the teacher with some "gifts" inside (some rocks & a colored feather from her arts & crafts drawer). She picked out her outfit (as usual) - tennis shoes are a requirement at school cause of the stairs.
Walking down to the lower level where the class-rooms are - she knows the way since this is year 3 at this preschool for her. (different rooms, kids & teachers each time though).
Here she is with her teacher Ms. Christy. I think they are going to have a great year! There are 10 kids in her class - 4 girls & 6 boys. Pre-K meets M-Th from 9:00-11:30.
